Tuesday, November 25th, 2003 - Pemberton Benchlands is fully financed and ready to sell 54 homes and lots.

Thursday, November 13th, 2003 - Construction begins on the first 30 units at The Frontier in Pioneer Jucntion.

Wednesday, October 29th, 2003 - Geothermal Drilling has been completed for the Pioneer Junction heating and cooling systems.

Tuesday, October 21st, 2003 - Pioneer Junction is left unscathed by Pemberton Flood. Landscaping build up succeeded in keeping the project dry.

Saturday, October 11th, 2003 - Pioneer Junction officially launches the sale of residential units in Pioneer Junction now called 'The Frontier' and sells out within hours of the offer.

Wednesday, August 13th, 2003 - Pioneer Junction recieves both approval for sub-divison and the development permit to begin work on the Residential Phase of Pioneer Junction.

Tuesday, July 15th, 2003 - Strong community support and approval of the third reading for rezoning residential portion of Pioneer Junction.

Monday, June 16th, 2003 - Meadows Inn name changed to Pemberton Meadows Inn and Interior and Exterior renovations begin.

Monday, June 2nd, 2003 - New Company formed, "Pemberton Reservations", to facilitate the marketing of the hotel, once it has been built.

Sunday, June 1st, 2003 - Glacier Creek takes possession of Meadow Inn Bed and Breakfast.

Monday, May 19th, 2003 - Pioneer Junction Web site is officially launched

Monday, March 31st, 2003 - 1st phase of Pioneer Junction was completed

Friday, March 28th, 2003 - Glacier Creek Web site is officially launched

Monday, March 24th, 2003 - Glacier Creek Development Corporation wins the bid to develop Phase 1 of the Pemberton Benchlands. This encompasses 54 single family lots overlooking the Pemberton Valley.

Friday, March 22nd, 2003 - The Shell Gas Station and the McDonalds officially opened. The day included a strong public awareness campaign via the local radio station.

Tuesday, March 17th, 2003 - The town council unanimously approved first and second reading for the rezoning of the residential portion of Pioneer Junction.

Friday, March 14th, 2003 - Both the Shell Gas Station and the McDonalds opened their doors to the public.
