Monday, March 24th, 2003 - Glacier Creek Development Corporation wins the bid to develop Phase 1 of the Pemberton Benchlands. This encompasses 54 single family lots overlooking the Pemberton Valley.

Friday, March 22nd, 2003 - The Shell Gas Station and the McDonalds officially opened. The day included a strong public awareness campaign via the local radio station.

Tuesday, March 17th, 2003 - The town council unanimously approved first and second reading for the rezoning of the residential portion of Pioneer Junction.

Friday, March 14th, 2003 - Both the Shell Gas Station and the McDonalds opened their doors to the public.
