The Pioneer Junction Shell is a 2 unit commercial building housing a gas station and restaurant. The Gas tanks for the service station are below ground and include 2 for gasoline, 1 for diesel and 1 for propane. The building is heated and cooled using Geothermal which also operates the refrigerators for the pop coolers and frozen food area. outside there is a drive through lane for the attached restaurant, 2 garbage/storage buildings and a snow melt pad also regulated by the geothermal exchange system.

The Glacier Creek Lodge Roof Rebuild was an extensive project that included demo of existing roof, rebuild of new roof structure, 2lb Spray foam injected roof and relaying of roofing material. since this re-roof project the mountain has been able to see significant savings in their energy/heating costs.
