Nesters Apartments (Envelope Renovation)

Year Renovated: 2008

Client: Whistler Housing Authority

The Nesters Apartment Block is a 37 unit apartment building that we completed an entire exterior envelope renovation where we brought the building up to new building code and used weather stripping behind all siding where there previously was none. The Envelope Engineer on this project was Aqua Coast Engineering Ltd.

Nesters Apartment (Interior Renovation Due to Flood Damage)

Year Renovated: 2008

Client: Whistler Housing Authority

The Nesters Apartment Block is a it apartment building that we completed an entire interior renovation due to flood damage by a tenant. The entire interior of the building was demo'd and refinished.

The Heights (1380 Cloudburst Drive)

Year Renovated: 2010

Client: Whistler Housing Authority

The Heights was originally built to house the Olympic and Paralympic athletes during the 2010 Winter Games. These townhomes were renovated after the games to 'Legacy Mode' and sold for employee restricted housing through the Whistler Housing Authority. It is a 27 unit Townhouse development made up of 4-plex's and 5-plex's. All units are on a District Heat Exchange and had Methane mitigation.

Whitewater (1100-1176 Whitewater Drive)

Year Renovated: 2010

Client: Whistler Housing Authority

Whitewater was originally built to house the Olympic and Paralympic athletes during the 2010 Winter Games. These townhomes were renovated after the games to 'Legacy Mode' and sold for employee restricted housing through the Whistler Housing Authority. It is a 30 unit Townhouse development made up of Duplexes and 4-plex's. All units are on a District Energy Heat Exchange and had Methane mitigation.

The Springs (1050 Legacy Way)

Client: Whistler Housing Authority

The Springs was originally built to house the Olympic and Paralympic athletes during the 2010 Winter Games. These townhomes were renovated after the games to 'Legacy Mode' and sold for employee restricted housing through the Whistler Housing Authority.The Springs is a 34 unit Apartment Building that runs on District Energy Heat Exchange system and has an elevator.

The Chiyakmesh (1060 Legacy Way)

Year Renovated: 2010

Client: Whistler Housing Authority

The Chiyakmesh  was originally built to house the Olympic and Paralympic athletes during the 2010 Winter Games. These townhomes were renovated after the games to 'Legacy Mode' and kept as rent restricted units through the Whistler Housing Authority. The Chiyakmesh is a 55 unit Apartment Building that runs on District Energy Heat Exchange and has an elevator and in floor heating in the lobby.

1144 Whitewater Drive

Year Renovated: 2010

Client: Individual Owner

This renovation was completed to make the home wheelchair accessible and allow the family to keep their ill child at home with them. The bedroom had the floor tiled with a wheelchair accessible shower and a lift installed over the bed to help assist with transportation to and from bed.

Starbucks

Year Renovated: 2012

Client: Whistler/Blackcomb

This was a complete interior renovation to change out the new furniture and colour scheme of the Starbucks located in Creekside in Whistler, BC. There was some tile and counter exchanges as well as a mural installation

Glacier Creek Lodge Roof Re-Build

Year Built: 2012

Client: Whistler Blackcomb

The Glacier Creek Lodge Roof Rebuild was an extensive project that included demo of existing roof, rebuild of new roof structure, 2lb Spray foam injected roof and relaying of roofing material. Since this re-roof project the Whistler Blackcomb has been able to see significant savings in their energy/heating costs.
